Victim Serious; CHP Seeks Accident Witnesses

Officials at Doctors Hospital report 40-year-old Kimberly Bailey is in serious condition late this morning.
She suffered major injuries in a head-on collision, when a Ford F-350 pickup hit her Toyota Tercel on Mono Way above Hess Avenue.
The head-on collision was preceded by the truck´s collision with another truck, as two eastbound lanes were merging.
The California Highway Patrol is now asking for the public´s assistance in piecing together exactly what happened in that three-vehicle accident from yesterday afternoon.
Any witnesses who saw the collision or what preceded the collision are asked to call the Jamestown office of the California Highway Patrol, and speak to Officer Schultz or Officer Wills.
