Scott Peterson Sentenced To Death

A jury has recommended that Scott Peterson be executed for killing his pregnant wife.
The decision came from the same jury of six men and six women that convicted Peterson of murder last month.
Jurors deliberated for a third day today, and asked for another look at some of the evidence in the case.
They had deliberated for eight and a-half hours before taking the weekend off.
The judge will be able to reduce the sentence to life without parole, if he chooses to do so.
The judge will formally sentence Peterson on February 25th.
