Holiday Closures, Enforcement Begins Friday

Friday isn´t just Christmas Eve, it´s also a holiday for all city, state and federal employees with one major exception: The Post Office.
Most stores will be closing early. Don´t look for banks to be open either, and the stock market will also be closed Friday.
Motorists should watch out all weekend long. The California Highway Patrol will be executing a Maximum Enforcement Period from 6pm Friday until midnight on Sunday.
