It was Forum Number Two for the candidates of Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Wednesday night.
In District Four, Trudy Lackey is running against Tom Tryon.
When asked about the downside of population growth, candidate Trudy Lackey said one problem is wear and tear.
Incumbent Tom Tryon says population growth can change the culture of a community.
