Madera police are questioning one man and searching for another after the discovery of a burned car with a woman´s body inside on Wednesday.

Authorities believe the victim is 19-year-old Rose Ann Johnston, who disappeared after attending a party Monday night. She had been attending community college and wanted to become a teacher.

Police are questioning 24-year-old parolee Michael Williams in connection with the crime. Williams had been booked into the Madera County Jail Monday after officers discovered he had failed to report for drug testing.

Police have also issued an arrest warrant for 30-year-old Raymond Elisarraras — owner of the home where the party was held. Elisarraras is described as a 140-pound, white male, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, with brown hair, blue eyes and a goatee.
