Gunman Closes I-80

Interstate 80 has reopened in both directions at American Canyon Road in Vallejo and one man has been arrested after he brandished a gun and walked around his van along the side of the freeway.
California Highway Patrol spokeswoman Shawna Wooden says no shots were fired and no one was reported injured in the incident.
The freeway was shut down for more than an hour. There´s no indication yet what the man´s intentions were or what charges he´ll face.
There´s a CHP helicopter on the scene and a law enforcement tank had arrived there as well.
