Merced Cop Killer Arrested

The man suspected of killing a Merced police officer is in police custody. Tao Rivera was in a car headed south on Highway 99 last night when he was stopped and arrested by the Highway Patrol. Rivera is suspected of killing officer Stephan Gray last month.
