Murder-Suicide in Railroad Flat

The Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department is calling it a murder-suicide.
Officials say an elderly retired couple, Leo and Charlotte Smith, had apparently been in poor health.
Yesterday morning, deputies found their bodies, a suicide note, and a weapon at their home on Buck Lane in Railroad Flat.
Leo Smith was 86 and his wife Charlotte was 85.
