One Arrested, CHP Seeks Woman After Cycle Wreck

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a DUI wreck and they´re looking for help from the public.
40-year-old Carlos Navarro, Jr. was arrested Saturday night after he lost control of his 1999 Harley Davidson on Highway 49 and Carson Hill Road.
Investigators say Navarro denied having a passenger on the motorcycle, but several witnesses and passersby reported seeing a female with him.
Officials are concerned that the passenger was injured, and Navarro may be trying to avoid felony DUI charges by saying he was alone.
Navarro was taken to Tuolumne General Hospital for a dislocated ankle and a broken wrist.
