Mother Lode area firefighters are participating in a wildfire training exercises today at the California Department of Forestry Baseline Camp off O´byrnes Ferry Road west of Jamestown.
Officials say firefighters, hand crews, fire engines and other equipment are preparing for this summer´s wildfire season.
