Ski Resorts Close Due To Extreme Weather

Pinecrest, CA — Dodge Ridge Ski Resort has closed for the day due to extreme weather conditions.
Spokespeople say it is currently raining on the mountain and there are wind gusts of 40 and 60 mph.
For updated information there is a snow phone available at 209-536-5300. Bear Valley has also cancelled its torchlight, fireworks, and dinner celebration for today and postponed it until Saturday January 14th .
