Pinon-Rocha Trial Delayed

San Andreas, CA — The trial for two accused murderers has been pushed back three months to allow the attorneys in the case more time to prepare.
That was the decision of a judge during a trial readiness conference in Calaveras County Superior Court Tuesday.
Donald Maurice Pinon and Daniel Maurice Rocha are accused of murdering David Jessop of Mokelumne Hill back in March.
The three-week jury trial had been set for January 12 and will now take place April 27.
