Calaveras School Superintendent Steps Down

Angels Camp, CA — Bret Harte Union High School District Superintendent Joseph Wilimek is resigning.
A district administrator confirmed Wilimek´s resignation will be on next week´s board agenda. Wilimek could not be reached for comment and is out of the office until Monday.
Wilimek is leaving to take a job with the Gustine Unified School District in Merced County. He was officially hired by that board on Wednesday and will start his new job January 3.
