Manager Named to Carry Out Youth Master Plan

San Andreas, CA — Jim Cudziol of Valley Springs has been named Community Initiatives Manager for the Human Resource Council of Calaveras County.
His first job is to implement a ten-year master plan for youth services, also known as Our Children, Our Communities.
The plan was completed in 2004. It calls for the creation of community centers in every town and health care coverage for all children.
Over the next year, Cudziol will be meeting with community groups to identify potential collaborations and later he will work on securing funding for the plan´s objectives.
