Stockton Man Faces DUI Charges Following Motorcycle Crash
San Andreas, CA — A Stockton man faces DUI charges after crashing his motorcycle Tuesday night.
Police say 29-year-old Jeremy Blythe was riding southbound on Cheyenne Drive in San Andreas when he failed to make a curve in the road.
CHP says the bike left the pavement and overturned. Blythe was apparently ejected from the motorcycle and suffered minor injuries.
He was taken to Mark Twain St. Josephs Hospital for treatment before being booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
