Unidentified Modesto Man Killed In Single Vehicle Accident

La Grange, CA — An unidentified Modesto man is dead following a single vehicle accident on Highway 132 near La Grange Monday afternoon.
CHP says the man was driving eastbound at about 4:00 near Lake Road when the vehicle drifted off the road at a curve.
Officials say the man over-corrected, causing the vehicle to veer across the road and through a wire fence.
Authorities say the man was ejected from the vehicle before it landed on top of him. He was apparently not wearing a seatbelt.
Officers say neither speed nor alcohol appear to be factors in the crash.
His identity has been withheld pending notification of relatives.
