American Graffiti Comes to Sonora

Sonora, CA — Standard will be crawling with classic cars and girls in poodle skirts today at American Graffiti.
The Sonora 49er Rotary Club is presenting the event, which will start today at noon and go through 4:00pm.
The Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools Office is co-sponsoring the event and hopes to raise enough money to purchase dictionaries for free distribution to all third grade students in the county.
Included in the admission is 1950´s diner food served until 3:00pm. Organizers say Standard Road will be closed during the event.
