Tuolumne County Realtors Say Home Sales Down, Values Up
Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Association of Realtors has released its figures for the first six months of the year.
The report show home sales down from last year, but home values on the rise.
The numbers show 166 homes pending sale at a median price of $362,500. The Association says there are currently 264 homes listed in the multiple listing service at a median of almost $419,999.
According to the report, 377 homes were sold in the first half of the year, that´s down from 427 from the same period in 2004.
However it shows that the average price for homes sold rose from $291,664 in 2004 to about $350,632 this year.
