Hayward Man Arrested For DUI Following Rollover Crash

Sonora, CA — A 29-year-old Hayward man is recovering from injuries suffered in single vehicle crash on Highway 120 last night.
CHP says Ignacio Suarez was travelling at a high rate of speed when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway.
Police say Suarez drove off the north side of the road, hit a perimeter fence and rolled.
A police report indicates that Suarz was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle into a field.
Suarez was airlifted to Doctor´s Medical Center in Modesto with major injuries.
Suarez faces charges of DUI upon his release from the hospital.
