Magic Of The Night Draws Large Crowds To Sonora
Sonora, CA — The City of Sonora is calm again after the hustle and bustle of the weekend.
The “Magic of the Night,” drew hundreds of people to Washington Street Friday evening, and the Eagles concert in Angels Camp also created traffic in Tuolumne County with overcrowded hotels and restaurants.
The annual downtown summer festival on Washington Street was free to the public and featured live music by Threshold, TJR and many others. Merchants lined the streets and a public reception was held at the Central Sierra Arts Council.
Everything from antique fire engines to artwork was on display throughout the night and there was a themed show at the Opera Hall.
