No Blood Or Tissue Discovered On Knife Found At Peterson Home

Modesto, CA — Forensic tests on a 10 inch knife reportedly found at the home where Scott and Laci Peterson use to live turned up no trace of blood or human tissue.
The knife was turned over by police after the new owner of the home said two of his friends found the knife in a cabinet in the backyard.
One of the prosecutors who helped convict Scott Peterson wasn´t surprised by the test results. Birgit Fladager said it was “exactly what we expected.”
Police still don´t know how Peterson killed his pregnant wife, Laci, and her fetus. No murder weapon has ever been found. Peterson was sentenced to death in December.
