Mother Lode Fair Weekend Events Heat Up

Sonora, CA — The busiest day of the Mother Lode Fair is here! The gates open at 1:00pm with a visiting chef cooking class, exotic bird show, live shark encounter, and a livestock auction.
Tonight there will be 4×4 truck pulls in the grandstand, and the Mother Lode Fair Idol competition.
The fair is open tonight and tomorrow until Midnight and fair organizers are asking patrons to utilize the free shuttle system due to the lack of parking at the fairgrounds.
Shuttles will run several times an hour leaving from Wal Mart and the Junction Shopping center.
Sunday´s events will feature livestock awards, more auctions, a hypnotist, and a Destruction Derby.
