Vehicle Rollover on Hwy 108 near Soulsbyville

A vehicle rollover has been reported at eastbound Highway 108, going up the hill, near Soulsbyville Road.
A single vehicle has apparently overturned near the scaling station there and it´s blocking the left lane going uphill. CHP and ambulances are responding. Heavy rain is also being reported in some locations, so please slow down today and use extra space between vehicles.
