Old Priest May Reopen This Wednesday

Tuolumne Public Works officials are still hopeful that they can reopen Old Priest Grade Road this Wednesday.
Assistant to the Director, Carol Jackson, says a new base for the damaged portion of the road has been laid. Jackson says workers still need to apply a couple of layers of asphalt before the work is complete. When they can make that application will depend weather conditions. jackson says the road may reopen on February 9th, if sunshine prevails.
