False Fire Alarms at Sonora Inn

There were a few moments of excitement in downtown Sonora during rush hour last night.
Just after 5pm, a general fire alarm was reported at the Sonora Inn, at Stockton Road and Washington Street, and a short time later, a second fire alarm went off. A thorough walk-through was performed by responding firefighters, no fire was reported.
The cause of the alarm is not yet known.
