Lyons Street Closure

Lyons Street in Sonora will be closed from 8 a.m. until noon this Friday between Hope Lane and East Bald Mountain Road.
Sonora Public Works Director Ed Wylie says city workers will be removing limbs from Oak trees that may pose a hazard after being damaged by wind and rain.
Wylie says that while a posted detour will be available, motorists are urged to avoid the street if possible while the work is being done.
