Mountain Ranch Man Seriously Injured In Car Accident

A 45-year-old man from Mountain Ranch is hospitalized in serious condition after a single vehicle accident on Railroad Flat Road Tuesday night.
Chad Warr was riding in an S.U.V. being driven by 35-year-old Shawn Bland, also of Mountain Ranch, when the vehicle left the road on a curve just north of Prussian Hill Road.
The 1993 Jeep struck a large oak tree on the passenger side. The California Highway Patrol arrested Bland on suspicion of drunk driving and inflicting serious bodily injury.
Warr was transported by air ambulance to Modesto´s Memorial Medical Center, Bland reportedly suffered only minor injuries.
