Search For “Grandpa” Doug Suspended

Search and rescue teams have suspended the search for an 86-year-old man missing in Mariposa County.
“Grandpa” Doug Pearse was reported missing April 21st after his abandoned vehicle was found near the Summit Camp area.
Hundreds of agencies and volunteers took part in the search, which was called off Saturday night.
Officials say search and rescue efforts will resume if new information is received. Investigation into the disappearance is ongoing.
