A real estate agent handling the property says prospective buyers started calling about the home before the for-sale sign was even posted.
Scott Peterson´s parents have an interest in the house because they used it as collateral for a loan they took to help their son in his defense.
An attorney representing Laci Peterson´s mother says the two parties haven´t reached an agreement yet on how to divide the proceeds.
