Foster Home Caretaker Arrested

Soulsbyville, CA — A caretaker who ran the Tuolumne County Emergency Children´s Shelter has been arrested on suspicion of committing sexual acts with a teenager at the home.
27-year-old Alivia Kimble, who runs the shelter with her husband, turned herself in Friday and was released after posting bail.
Kimble is charged with committing lewd acts on a 15-year-old boy on April 22nd and 23rd.
She is also suspected of giving the boy alcohol, and faces two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of the minor.
The charges could lead to probation, or a maximum three year prison term.
