Judge Rejects Motion To Drop Pot Charges Against Three San Andreas Men
San Andreas, CA — A visiting Alpine County judge has rejected a motion filed by the attorney representing three San Andreas men charged with marijuana cultivation and possession for sale.
Attorney Steve Cilenti filed the motion to have the charges dropped, saying the men grew and used the marijuana for medical reasons.
Police served a search warrant on the men´s property in September and found more than 130 live plants. 52-year-old Robert Crosiar, 30-year-old Wesley Crosiar and 21-year-old David Crosiar are due back in court July 12th.
The judge also set a pre-trial hearing for July 26th to determine whether the men must stand trial.
