Columbia Woman Arrested For Felony Child Endangerment

Columbia, CA — 30 year old Sara Rae Cutting of Columbia Village Drive in Columbia was arrested Wednesday evening on various charges.

At 5:40 the Sheriff´s Department received a report that Cutting´s two children, ages 3 and 10 respectively, were wandering outside their home in the cold weather without supervision. In fact , the initial report stated that Cutting would do her children bodily harm if they entered the house.

Deputy Dan Graziose contacted Cutting and found her non-responsive and intoxicated on the sofa. When she awakened, she became combative. She was subsequently arrested for felony child endangerment, threatening a peace officer and resisting arrest.

Cutting remains in custody this morning in the Tuolumne County Jail with bail set at $25,000.
