Juveniles Arrested For Ponderosa Hills Burglaries

Ponderosa Hills, Ca — Three juveniles have been arrested in connection with a string of burglaries in Ponderosa Hills.

A resident on Evergreen Dr. recently returned home to find two juveniles running away from her property. She immediately contacted the Sheriff´s Department to report her house had been burglarized.

Deputies, with the help of some observant neighbors, were able to pinpoint the residence of one of the juveniles. They entered the residence and found the juvenile, blood that matched that was found at the crime scene, and stolen property.

Continuing the investigation, deputies were able to identify two other individuals involved. It appears the suspects committed a string of burglaries over the past several days.

According to a Sheriff´s Department report, one commented that they would go house to house and enter the ones with unlocked doors.

Deputies are in process of identifying additional victims, and are in the process of returning property to the victims.
