Tracy Woman Faces Charges In Tuolumne County
Sonora, Ca — A Tracy woman who was out on bail for a recent vehicle theft has been arrested in Tuolumne County.
30 year old Angelica Harris was arrested Monday night in Sonora for, among other things, possession of a controlled substance, transporting both a narcotic and a controlled substance, and for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Harris was reportedly in a van that was driving suspiciously through the Country Quick Way Parking lot on Stockton Rd. The van was later located near the 200 Block of West Jackson.
Upon a search of the vehicle, law enforcement found prescription drugs, which she did not have a prescription, and a glass smoking pipe with a substance believed to be methamphetamine.
A check revealed that Harris is also on probation out of Stanislaus County for battery on a peace officer and threats.
