Sonora Residents Caught With Stolen Mail

Sonora, Ca — If you are wondering why you haven´t received much mail lately, you may be able to blame two Sonora residents.
23 year old Jesse Paul Underwood was pulled over early Sunday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol. Lt. Dan Bressler with the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Office says a CHP Deputy noticed that two passengers in the vehicle were acting suspicious.
Upon investigation, he discovered a pillow case containing mail from various addresses on Edgemont Acres Rd., Race Track Rd. and Mono Way. Arrested were 33 year old Merci Ann Guzman and 21 year old Bonnie Faye Palmer.
Among the charges they face are possession of known stolen property and possession/use of someone else´s personal identification.
