S.R.M.C. Nurse Killed In Single Vehicle Rollover Accident

Sonora, CA — 48 year old Tami Lyn Anderson, a registered nurse at Sonora Regional Medical Center, was killed moments after nine o´clock this morning in a single vehicle rollover accident on Pleasant Oak Rd.
Anderson was driving a grey 2001 Chevy Tahoe in a southbound direction when, according to the initial C.H.P. report, she drifted off the right side of the road. The right rear quarter of the vehicle struck a roadside sign.
Anderson then overcorrected and the vehicle apparently rolled several times coming to rest on its wheels approximately 30 feet north of the intersection of the Hwy 108 bypass facing in an easterly direction. The vehicle was totaled.
