City of Sonora Street Work

Sonora, Ca — Residents in Sonora will want to take note of some temporary parking restrictions that will be in place in select areas beginning this Monday.

It is to allow for paving and street sweeping operations. They are as follows…

-Monday, November 6th

Ash St., from Jackson St. to Yaney Ave. will be closed from 7 to 11am.

Poplar St., from Bradford Ave. to Jackson will be closed from 11am to 5pm.

-Tuesday, November 7th

Gerrymander, from the south end to Southgate will be closed from 7am to 2pm.

Fairview Ln., from Stockton Rd. to the County School will be shut down from 2 to 5pm.

-Wednesday, November 8th

Hope Ln., from the north end to Summit Ave. will be shut down from 7am to 11am.

Jackson St., from Short Ln. to Hope Ln., will be closed from 2 to 5pm.

-Thursday, November 9th

Hope Ln., from Summit to Lyons will be closed from 7 to 11am.

Friday, November 10th

Elk Dr., from the south end to Shaws Flat Rd., will be shut down from 7am to 5pm.

Monday, November 13th

McCormick Dr. will be closed from 7am to 5pm in the areas from Elk South to Elk North.
