San Andreas, CA — A disabled Stockton woman is alleging that a Stockton man attempted to rape her in back of a motor home in San Andreas.
Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department officials say that Kirby Wyrick is in custody on $40,000 bail for the alleged crime.
According to deputies, the 33-year-old woman says she was threatened that if she did not submit, she would be killed. Luckily she was able to fight off her attacker. The motor home was parked near a river access across from Central Hill Road in San Andreas.
After a search of the area, deputies found the motor home at the Veteran´s ballpark in Valley Springs. Wyrick was walking around the area and was arrested for attempted rape and criminal threats.
