Rail Road Flat Accident Leads To Arrest

Rail Road Flat, CA — Michael McLaughlin of Rail Road Flat got a double whammy Tuesday night when he was involved in a car accident then was arrested for DUI.
The CHP says the 46-year-old was driving on Ridge Road at an unknown speed when, due to his intoxication, ran off the road and struck a dirt embankment.
McLaughlin was released to Mark Twain St. Joseph´s Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. A complaint for a DUI has been filed.
