Sonora, CA — Another arrest has been made in the Monday marijuana grow that was discovered by four members of the Tuolumne Narcotics Team.

Monday one arrest was made and 81-hundred plants found near Italian Bar Rd. outside of Columbia were destroyed.

Tuesday Investigator Jim Mele and Forest Service Captain Jay Powers noticed an Hipanic male walking along Parrott´s Ferry Rd. outside of Columbia wearing torn clothing. After making contact, 36 year old Sergio Calderon of Merced admitted that he was in that grow Monday afternoon.

Calderon was subsequently arrested and booked in the county jail on a felony charge of cultivation.
