Copperopolis Town Square Going Vertical
Copperopolis, CA — The Copperopolis Town Square is going vertical.
Now that foundations have been poured, framing is well underway on the first portion of the town square. When completed the Castle & Cooke development will cover approximately 27 acres.
The “old West” motiff will be unique for the town square. 27 buildings will house restaurants, a bank, a market, a medical office, a bakery and even a coffee house. There will even be an old courthouse building. Structures will be a variety of single and two-story buildings.
Three buildings on the east side of Sawmill Creek Road have been set aside for private residences.
The Copperopolis Town Square is scheduled to open late spring or early summer of 2007.
