Calaveras Developments Postponed

San Andreas, CA — Two large development projects have been continued for consideration by the Calaveras County Planning Commission.
The commission was set to hear the projects at its Thursday meeting.
The 124-home Wallace Lake Estates subdivision has been delayed twice before for environmental issues. Planner John Andersen says this delay was requested by the applicant. The project will now be heard at the September 21 commission meeting.
And the Marina Villa Townhomes project was continued indefinitely. The project would put 20-townhomes on 10 acres at O´Byrnes Ferry Road on Lake Tulloch.
County planners had previously recommended denial of the proposal.
