San Andreas, CA — Ridership on Calaveras County´s transit system is up thanks to some recently implemented improvements.
The Public Works Department, which operates transit, released a report this week that says the fiscal performance of the system is up too.
The Board of Supervisors will review the report Monday during a study session at its regular meeting.
The improvements that signaled the change for the system included changes to routes and schedules.
According to the report, it is anticipated that ridership will continue to grow.
The board meets at 9 a.m. in the Supervisors Chambers at the Calaveras County Government Center in San Andreas.
