In the heartwarming live action adventure Disney’s “Christopher Robin,” the young boy who adventured in the Hundred Acre Wood is now grown up and living in London. As an overworked businessman, his career threatens to keep him from those he loves most: his wife (played by Hayley Atwell) and daughter (played by Bronte Carmichael) then he reunites with Winnie-the-Pooh and all his old friends.
“Children will enjoy the bone-rattling chases and pratfalls into puddles of honey, and adults will get misty-eyed remembering their own lost childhoods.” -Michael O’Sullivan –SF Gate
“Director Marc Forster said he approached the making of the feature with an eye toward giving Pooh a well-worn look that would convey the passage of time.” -Ricardo Lopez — Variety
