Luxury with only the best ingredients!

Seven Sisters Restaurant attention to detail is immediately apparent as you exit the elevator onto the third floor of The Black Oak Casino Resort.

You are instantly surrounded by luxury, with rich African dark wood, slate floors and quiet elegant decor. The restaurant is noticeable from outside with the yellow flamed torches surrounding the outdoor veranda. Floor to ceiling windows provide a casual picturesque view of the Sonora foothills lined with indigenous black oak trees. Seven Sisters was named after the Matriarchs of the Tuolumne Me Wuk Tribe. Seven Sisters has a private lounge for gathering and enjoying a fine cocktail or one of the twenty wine varietals offered by the glass.

Because we insist upon serving only the best and freshest ingredients, the restaurant menu is constantly adding specials to suit the seasons and item availability. The menu is comprised of fresh locally grown produce, with a variety of specialty fresh meats, and seafood flown in fresh. Sauces, breads and desserts are prepared as labors of love by the chefs on a daily basis.  Appetizer platters and dessert platters add a special composite to celebrations over dinner. A private glass enclosed dining room is available for groups of 36 for private parties. During the summer there is seating on the veranda for a more casual dining experience.
