Join UCCE Master Food Preservers of Amador/Calaveras Counties and learn ways to freeze, dehydrate, and can your tomato bounty so you can enjoy it year-round. The class takes place from 9am to 12noon on July 16th at the Amador County GSA Building, 12200-B Airport Road in Jackson. Register at http://ucanr.edu/july16-mfpclass. Walk-ins are welcome.
