Twain Harte Volunteer Firefighters Association is hosting its annual pancake breakfast fundraiser on Sunday, September 1, 2019 from 8am-noon at the Twain Harte Fire Department, 18781 Cedar Drive. Feast on all-you-can-eat pancakes with sides of eggs, sausage, fruit, Starbucks coffee, and your choice of juice or milk. Mimosas and bloody marys will be available. Bid on silent auction items, tour the fire station and learn about the department’s fire engines, including the 1951 Dodge Power Wagon wildland fire engine. Proceeds from the breakfast benefit this historic engine’s restoration. Adults $8, kids age 4-12 $5, age 3 and under free; alcoholic beverages $6.
