Visit Tuolumne County is excited to host the 2nd Annual Tuolumne County Art Week, a celebration of artists of all kinds and the creativity that is deeply rooted in Tuolumne County. Throughout the week of April 10th-16th, look for specials, deals, activities, and more from local artists and businesses. Events take place throughout Tuolumne County.
Tuolumne County artists of all mediums, art shops, and galleries are welcome to participate in Tuolumne County Art Week.
Tuolumne County Arts is collaborating with Columbia College and their first show is entitled: “Local Artists, Past and Present.” The show consists of pieces from Tuolumne County Arts Alliance’s permanent collection, artworks from the collection of Claudia and Arnold Puccinelli, the Surendorf Foundation, and works that are on loan from some of our artist/friends. The show runs through April 16th. It is inspired work and shows the range and professionalism of our local artists past and present. Call Columbia College for times of operation at 209-588-5100.

Mural Artist Carly Veronica is looking for a large public venue to create a large-scale painting by painting in marked colors like a giant coloring book. Timelapse videos will be posted to her Instagram where participants can watch themselves painting in action!
Bill White – Handmade Wooden Trains made from scratch for over 25 years. Inspired by the local history of railroading in the Sonora area. The large locomotives are 1/6 of the actual size and take years to build. Come visit with Bill to see his original train creations and learn more about the railroading history in the Gold Country.
