The Aronos Research Club launches its speakers series for the 2023-2024 program year with a September 19th presentation on the History of Sonora. A long time employee of the city, Perry serves as the city historian in her retirement.
Monthly presentations are held the third Tuesdays at Noon in the Aronos Clubhouse located at 37 Elkin Street in downtown Sonora following the regularly scheduled club members meeting that starts at 11 a.m.
The presentations and the meetings are open to the public at no charge. All ages are welcome. Refreshments will be served.
The Aronos Research Club has been serving the community since 1915. The club has emphasized education since it was established.
