As in prior collections, we are accepting CLEAN, colored FOOD CONTAINERS. They MUST be washed!
We are also accepting Packing grade polystyrene (used for shipping items such as electronics.) Please remove tape, tags, labels, etc. from the polystyrene before you bring it to the collection site.
Please separate the food grade from the packing grade polystyrene for us. Thanks!!
Note: **The polystyrene drive is unable to accept packing peanuts.
You may take these to the UPS Store next to Safeway*
Polystyrene will be collected at the Waste Management Facility by clients driving up with it their cars. MG volunteers will collect the polystyrene from clients. Most clients will not have to get out of their cars. Cars are in single file, one way in and one way out. Cones will be put up for one car at a time to unload.
